**_ Purpose:_**
- _This is a core planning and commercial job._
- _In Planning front, the person will be responsible for end-to-end planning of products for a set of units. He has to ensure we deliver the products within available capacity as per customer requirement. Entire planning has to be done using APO and system-based working will be the focus._
- _In Commercial front, he has to ensure End to end Procurement & Strategic Sourcing, ensuring timely availability of quality materials, Negotiation with suppliers based on forecast, Supplier Relationship Management, and CoGS improvement & Working capital._

**_Relevant Experience:_**
- _5 - 7 years of overall experience_
- _Supply Planning in FMCG/ Pharma, Knowledge on APO / IBP_

**_Knowledge:_**
- _Analytical skills, ability to relate numbers, ability to view big picture, ability to anticipate future needs and requirements and act accordingly._
- _SAP and APO knowledge, Pesticide industry (desirable), Scheduling_

**_Education:_**
- _Graduation with PG Diploma / MBA in Operations / Supply Chain_

**_Areas of Responsibilities:_**

**_Planner:_**
- _Delivering full quantity at the right time from the unit and 100% commitment adherence._
- _Micro planning based for each product at day level based on production plans._
- _Tracking new order and giving commitment within timelines._
- _Ensuring updating the master data related to capacity, campaign, BOM in SAP_
- _Use APO reports for enriching analysis and provide key inputs to stakeholders._
- _Track NCM for the unit and coordinate for action plan execution._
- _Giving visibility to sales on status of order execution. Ensuring RM/PM requirements._
- _Giving container schedule to logistics._
- _Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve pre-set production targets._
- _Productivity Improvement_
- _Vendor Management_
- _System based working - APO._
- _OTIF_

**_Commercial:_**
- _End to end Procurement & Strategic Sourcing_
- _Managing end to end Procurement of Globally managed Active Ingredients (AIs) withing the category._
- _Developing Global AI Strategy documents for key AIs within the category_
- _Ensuring timely availability of quality materials_
- _Negotiation with suppliers based on forecast._
- _Supporting development of new AIs for NPD launch_
- _Supplier Relationship Management_
- _Managing relationship with existing suppliers_
- _Legal interface with suppliers for executing contracts._
- _New suppliers’ development on need basis_
- _CoGS improvement & Working capital._
- _Execution of CoGS improvement projects in line with long term strategy for the key AIs_
- _Management of inventory and payables to meet Working capital target._
