**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tally Training**:

- Conduct engaging training sessions on Tally ERP 9/Prime, covering modules such as accounting, inventory, GST, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Provide hands-on training and real-time troubleshooting for Tally software.
- Create and update training materials to ensure relevance to the latest Tally software versions.
- **MS Office Training**:

- Deliver training sessions on Microsoft Office tools, with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Customize lessons for various skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and maintain detailed training content for both Tally and MS Office.
- Tailor training programs based on the specific needs of the learners (corporates, students, etc.).
- **Evaluate and Track Progress**:

- Assess learners' progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Provide feedback and offer assistance to ensure a thorough understanding of both Tally and MS Office.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, trainee progress, and feedback.
- Prepare reports for management as needed.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Continuously upgrade knowledge on the latest updates in Tally ERP 9/Prime and MS Office features.
- Keep up with advancements in accounting, office productivity tools, and software updates.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Any graduate. (Degree in Commerce, Finance, or related fields is a plus.)
- **Experience**:

- 0 to 2 years of experience in Tally ERP 9/Prime and MS Office.
- Freshers with a strong understanding of Tally and MS Office tools are welcome to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP 9/Prime, including accounting, inventory, GST, payroll, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and adaptability in dealing with learners of all skill levels.
- **Additional Skills**:

- Experience with advanced MS Excel functions (formulas, pivot tables, charts) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Tally-specific features such as GST filing, accounting entries, and payroll processing is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
