**Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist**

**Reports to: VP - Events & Marketing**

*Job Summary*

We're seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support business growth for Nexus DMC.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies and plans.

2. Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media channels.

3. Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

4. Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

*Requirements*

1. 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.

2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

3. Excellent content creation and curation skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹26,863.70 - ₹51,642.45 per month
