- We require someone with extensive knowledge and experience in General Accounting._
- Responsibilities_
- In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to general accounting which include:_
- _Month End Closing process and Reconciliations (Key & Non Key)_
- _Standard, Non Standard & recurring J/Es (incl. accruals, prepaid, deferrals, leases)_
- _Posting and documenting and tracking approvals_
- _Recording volumes and finalizing SLAs_
- _Initial P&L reviews (e.g. trend analyses), detailed reporting analyses and Audit Support_
- _Good written and verbal communications skills to communicate with external parties_
- _Good analytical and problem solving skills_
- _Foreign Client handling_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _B.Com_
- _Relevant experience_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Relevant Experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops_
- _MS Excel Knowledge, Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros_
- _IT skills: ERP (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial), MS Office_
- _Stakeholder Management experience_
- _Quality Lean/Process Improvement knowledge_
