Job Description We are looking for passionateFinance & Accounting professionalsto join our dynamic team Key Responsibilities: - Execute assignedRecord-to-Report (RTR)tasks/activities in line with Client-approved policies, procedures, and compliance standards. - Participate in thetransition of RTR activitiesfrom Client to PwC, developing and updating detailed desktop procedures. - Performperiod-end close, account reconciliations, fixed assets, project accounting, lease accounting, intercompany accounting,andpayroll accounting. - Identify and driveprocess improvements, automation, and optimization opportunities. - Escalate and resolve service delivery or production issues in collaboration with management. - Demonstrate understanding of adjacent functions includingAccounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury. Mandatory Skills & Experience: 1 to 5 yearsof operational experience in multinational companies. Strong understanding and application ofGenerally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Oracle Fusionexperience specifically in: 1. General Ledger (GL) Accounting 2. ARCs (Account Reconciliation Compliance) 3. Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management)exposure 4. Working knowledge of tools such asSAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Microsoft D365 (F&O), Blackline, Trintech, and related RTR tools.
