Job Description Inviting applications for the role of [Management Trainee], [Record to Report] In this role, Independently manages assigned RTR activities, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance. Acts as a subject matter expert for junior team members and contributes to process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities - Talent retention and leadership pipeline. - Perform end-to-end month-end close activities with minimal supervision. - Prepare and analyze financial reports and variance analyses. - Review reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. - Act as point of contact for specific entities/regions. - Support audits by providing schedules and documentation. - Mentor and guide Analysts on day-to-day queries. - Identify process gaps and propose improvements. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's/Master's in Finance/Accounting. - Professional qualification (CA/CPA/CIMA - partly or fully qualified preferred). - Relevant years RTR/GL experience. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills - Advanced MS Excel and ERP expertise. - Strong technical accounting knowledge. - Effective communication and stakeholder management. - - - - -
