**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct effective and engaging communication training sessions, both online and offline, for students and professionals.
- Design and develop communication curriculum and training materials that align with the company's educational goals and objectives.
- Assess the communication needs of learners and customize training programs accordingly.
- Provide constructive feedback to learners on their communication skills and track their progress.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in communication, including digital communication tools, and incorporate them into training modules.
- Collaborate with other trainers and educators to create a holistic learning experience for learners.
- Support learners in improving their public speaking, presentation, interpersonal, and

written communication skills.
- Organize and participate in workshops, webinars, and events related to communication

training.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, learner progress, and feedback.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of communication training

programs both for interview communication and professional skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communication, English, Education, or a related field. A master's

degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Communication Trainer or in a related role.
- Strong understanding of communication theory, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using communication tools, software, and platforms.
- Empathy and patience in working with learners of different backgrounds and skill levels.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Creative and innovative in designing engaging training content.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technology is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in communication or teaching/training are desirable.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
