**Position: Store Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering an excellent customer service experience on a consistentbasis.
- Addressing customer concerns in a diplomatic manner, striving for resolution and providing feedback to the Store Manager for the improvement of the process**.**:

- Managing retail operations, including cash, store operations, inventory, and shelf life.
- Generating management reports to track performance and contribute to merchandising plans.
- Executing store opening and closing protocols efficiently. Leading the store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Managing e-commerce order fulfilment. Including but not limited to overseeing the entire process from order placement to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Around 1-5 years in Retail Sales.
- Excellent customer handling and communication
- Must be well organized and diligently structured in their approach to any engagement.

**Job Location: Phoenix Palladium Mall, Lower Parel, Mumbai**
