Key Area of Responsibilities:

- Perform, organize, and streamline operational tasks to reduce the potential for errors.
- Provide technical assistance to business.
- Monitor for problems, taking immediate action where possible and escalating when required. Interact with clients, resolve problems, and provide information on issues.
- Application availability, performance, and heath while working in shifts, need to make sure SLA’s are achieved ,also ensure all required support is provided to business.
- Other responsibilities would be to supervise all investigations into problematic activity and provide on-going communication with senior management, work on RCA and provide initial RCA within 24 Hr.

**Skills**:

- Oracle, PL/SQL, Unix and Oracle Application (Any Module).
