As part of the Enterprise Data Analytics(EDA) operations team, the incumbent will be responsible to provide production support for all the Extract-Transform-Load processes and reporting tools. All support processes will have to be followed to ensure an esteemed customer experience.

Strong communication skills is key to succeed in this role, including the ability to support and deliver clear and highly useful presentations. Technical expertise in all relevant areas is a must, as is an aptitude for problem-solving.

Job Requirement
- Experience of having worked on Unix, Linux and Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of SQL server Database (Azure Synapse), SQL, Unix Scripting and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) - Minimum of 3-4 years of IT experience.
- Knowledge on Azure Data Factory would be given preference.
- Hands on experience on SQL performance tuning.
- Understanding of database concepts including writing SQL statements.
- Excellent understanding of the processes around 24X7 operations
- Experience on incident management process
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform the day to day management of the Extract, Transform and Load jobs:

- Monitoring of the Jobs/Pipelines.
- Ensuring the defined SLAs of the ETL jobs are met
- Provide level 2 tier support to all the users on issues
- Doing the Root Cause Analysis(RCA) of issues along with resolving them
- Flexible to work in shifts
- Should be good team player.
- Following all the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
