**Hiring for placement coordinator.**

**Roles & Responsibility:

- **

1) Enrich the interface with the BFSI, Retail, BPO and allied industries.

2) Focus on student’s placement through on/off campus or web based interview interviews.

3) Maintain the data bank of potential job providers, update and make concentrated efforts to enhance the base of job providers.

4) Maintain and monitor student’s database viz. profile, special achievement, placement etc.

5) Track student’s placement for next 06 months minimum after placement.

6) In line with GTT norms about student’s self-declaration, LOI, documentation, feedback form etc.

7) Collection of feedback from elite employers should be obtained at periodic intervals.

8) Should organize motivation, guest lecture sessions to enhance the employability skills of the beneficiaries.

9) Ensure excellent rapport with GTT alumni

10) Follow standard procedure of entire program. Like, displaying job openings on notice board - screening/assessment - rating - selection of job ready beneficiaries for the batch - organizing orientation session of beneficiaries with their parent - standard placement procedure and documentation
