**Reports To**: SCM Manager

**Job Summary**:
The **Junior Executive - FG** is responsible for managing and coordinating the movement, storage, and dispatch of finished goods. This role ensures proper inventory control, documentation, and compliance with quality standards while optimizing warehouse operations.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Finished Goods Management**:

- Monitor and maintain FG inventory levels to ensure timely availability for dispatch.
- Ensure accurate stockkeeping and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate with production and sales teams for demand planning.

**2. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination**:

- Oversee FG dispatch and ensure timely delivery to customers and dealers.
- Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
- Work with logistics partners to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.

**3. Quality Control & Compliance**:

- Ensure all FG products meet company quality standards before dispatch.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.

**4. Data & Reporting**:

- Maintain FG records in ERP systems and prepare stock reports.
- Analyze stock movements and provide regular updates to management.
- Assist in forecasting and demand planning.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or FG management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/WMS software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in the **automobile or EV industry**.
- Knowledge of **GST, e-way bills, and dispatch documentation**.
