A dynamic **freelance video specialist** who can **shoot and edit podcast episodes** for both video and audio platforms. You’ll work directly with our founders and creative team to ensure each episode reflects our brand’s elegance, clarity, and storytelling value.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Set up and shoot professional-quality video & audio for our in-studio podcast setup (2-3 speakers)
- Operate cameras, mics, lights (our gear or yours)
- Edit the final podcast for YouTube, Instagram, and Spotify formats (shorts/reels included)
- Add intro/outro, branding, captions, and transitions as needed
- Deliver final cuts within 5-7 days of shoot
- Provide creative input on content cuts and audience engagement
- Portfolio/YouTube/Video link
- 2-3 relevant projects (especially talking-heads/interviews/podcasts)
- Your equipment list (if any)
- Expected compensation per episode (shoot + edit)
- Your city and general availability

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 4-5 days

Pay: ₹10,115.60 - ₹30,255.08 per month
