The Hostess will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort, satisfaction, and well-being of our esteemed clients. This position requires a personable individual with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Reception and Hospitality**:

- Warmly welcome clients upon arrival at the clinic.
- Provide personalized assistance and support to ensure clients feel valued and comfortable.
- Offer complimentary facilities and amenities to enhance the client experience.

**2. Client Care and Support**:

- Maintain a caring and empathetic attitude towards clients, demonstrating sensitivity to their needs.
- Accompany clients to their designated areas within the clinic, including guiding them to doctor's cabins or therapy rooms as required.
- Provide assistance and guidance to clients with inquiries or concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.

**3. Language Proficiency**:

- Communicate fluently in Kannada, English, and Hindi to effectively interact with a diverse clientele.
- Serve as a language interpreter as needed to facilitate clear communication between clients and staff.

**4. Promotion of Quality Care**:

- Uphold and promote the clinic's policies and standards of quality care for mental health.
- Educate clients on available services, treatment options, and clinic procedures in a clear and informative manner.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment that reflects the clinic's commitment to excellence and integrity.

**5. Professionalism and Integrity**:

- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, adhering to dress code and grooming standards.
- Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and discretion in handling confidential client information.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi languages.
- Warm, welcoming demeanor with a genuine passion for caring for others.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
