Job Description

Job Summary

Maintain and repair the facility’s structure, equipment and grounds, including plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Perform skilled trades work, such as carpentry or painting in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures.

Work with manufacturing or process engineering in the installation or repair of building plumbing and wiring required in the production process. Make periodic or special inspections of the premise to determine repair work necessary. Work from blueprints, drawings or rough sketches. Need outdoor and roof operations when perform maintenance work on equipment or structures which are on the roof or outside the building.

Your Responsibilities:

- Responsible for on-site equipment and fixture trouble-shooting.
- Commissioning and adjust automatic machine or equipment.
- Coordinate with production lower downtime and improve utilization
- Assist engineer for equipment layout installation and set-up.
- Spare parts purchasing and management.
- Preventive maintenance implementation base on time.
- On-site facility support such as power, light and compressed air
- Other reasonable assignments.
- _ Conduct tasks following applicable health, safety, quality and environmental regulations (state regulations, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, etc) and Rockwell Automation procedures._

The Essentials - You Will Have:

- Graduated from technical school or above, major in mechanics and electrical control.
- English reading and writing skills
- 3-5 years’ work experience in a related field or equivalent experience
- Comply with local EHS laws and regulations, RA policy and rules
- Ensure workplace no EHS accident/incident.
