_**Job Summary**_
- **Key Responsibilities**_

1. Supervise Housekeeping Team: Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are cleaned to the highest standards.

2. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all rooms and public areas meet the hotel's quality standards.

3. Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping materials.

4. Training and Development: Train and develop the housekeeping team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties to the highest standards.

5. Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that guest satisfaction is maintained at the highest level, responding promptly to guest complaints and concerns.

6. Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist with budgeting and cost control, ensuring that the housekeeping department operates within budget.
- **Requirements**_

1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeper Supervisor in a hospitality environment, preferably in a 5-star hotel.

2. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

3. Skills:
1. Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

4. Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

5. Ability to train and develop team members.

4. Certifications: Certification in hospitality management or a related field is an asset.
