We are looking for enthusiastic **Chat Support Executives** who can handle **inbound WhatsApp inquiries** and convert them into appointments. If you’re good at chatting, love engaging with people, and have a knack for convincing others, this is the perfect opportunity for you
**What You’ll Do**:
- Respond to inbound WhatsApp messages from potential customers
- Provide accurate information and guide them through the process
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments
- Maintain records of conversations and follow-up where necessary
- Deliver a smooth and professional chat experience
**What We’re Looking For**:
Good written communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
Basic knowledge of using WhatsApp Web and Google Sheets
A **computer-savvy** person who can handle quick responses
A laptop & smartphone with a stable internet connection
Self-motivated and eager to learn sales techniques
Freshers with a passion for customer engagement are welcome
