**Multimedia Designer (Video & Graphics)**

**Job Overview**:
As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and producing a wide range of visual content, including videos and graphic designs for various clients and internal projects. You will work closely with our creative team to develop compelling content that aligns with brand strategies and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**:

- Edit high-quality video content for multiple brands, including promotional videos, social media content, commercials, and corporate videos.
- Use advanced editing techniques, motion graphics, color correction, sound design, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
- Manage post-production activities, including editing raw footage, sound mixing, and syncing, and adding music, graphics, animations, and effects.
- Stay up-to-date with video production trends and techniques to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.

**Graphic Design**:

- Develop and maintain a consistent visual style across all client and internal projects, ensuring brand consistency.
- Create innovative design solutions that effectively communicate messages and engage target audiences.
- Prepare and present design concepts and mock-ups for internal and client reviews.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients, creative directors, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts that meet brand guidelines and project goals.
- Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain a well-organized digital asset library and archive of completed projects.
- Contribute creatively to brainstorming sessions and help shape visual strategies for clients and the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in both video editing and graphic design, preferably in an agency environment or similar fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video and graphic design work across various formats and industries.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout techniques, and the post-production process.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into visually compelling designs and videos.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling, innovation, and staying current with design and video trends.
- Basic knowledge of web design principles, HTML/CSS, and UX/UI best practices is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
