**Multimedia Designer (Video & Graphics)**

**Job Summary**:
The Multimedia Designer (Video & Graphics) is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visual and multimedia content that aligns with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals. The role combines creativity and technical skills to create engaging designs, motion graphics, animations, and videos for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Video Production & Editing:

- Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce video content for campaigns, tutorials, product showcases, and advertisements.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos, including adding transitions, effects, music, and sound design.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
- Stay updated on video production trends, software, and techniques.

2. Graphic Design:

- Create visually compelling graphics for print, digital media, and social platforms, including advertisements, info-graphics, banners, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Design brand-consistent layouts and templates for internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop cohesive campaigns.
- Prepare and present design concepts and mock-ups for internal and client reviews.

3. Motion Graphics & Animation:

- Develop engaging motion graphics and animations for videos, presentations, and social media.
- Create animated logos, intros, explainer videos, and dynamic text effects.

4. Brand Consistency:

- Maintain brand consistency across all multimedia assets, ensuring they align with corporate identity and messaging guidelines.
- Assist in updating and enhancing brand assets as needed.

5. Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content, to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized tasks when necessary.

6. Asset Management:

- Organize and manage a library of video and design assets.
- Maintain backups and archives of all multimedia projects.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Film Production, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in video editing, graphic design, and/or motion graphics, preferably in an agency environment or similar fast-paced setting.
- Basic knowledge of web design principles, HTML/CSS, and UX/UI best practices is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of composition, colour theory, typography, and design principles.
- Knowledge of 3D design/animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
- Experience with video production equipment and lighting setups is advantageous.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
