**About Us**:
We are a growing jewelry unit dedicated to quality craftsmanship and smooth operations. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Accounts & Inventory Executive** to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, inventory tracking, and reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain daily **bookkeeping** records, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
- Manage **inventory of jewelry items**, ensuring accuracy in stock levels, inward/outward movement, and physical verification.
- Prepare and present **monthly inventory and accounting reports** to management.
- Assist in vendor payment tracking, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting standards and maintain proper documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **bookkeeping/accounting** (preferably in jewelry, retail, or manufacturing).
- Knowledge of **inventory management systems** or MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of GST, taxation, and reconciliation will be an added advantage.
- Graduate in Commerce/Accounting or related field preferred.
