We are seeking a skilled and experienced TestComplete resource to provide job support services on a part-time, offline (on-site) basis

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-Site Support**: Provide on-site support to clients using TestComplete, addressing their queries and troubleshooting issues related to TestComplete automation.
- **Consultation**: Offer expert guidance and advice on TestComplete best practices, scripting, and test automation strategies.
- **Training and Assistance**: Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their knowledge and proficiency in TestComplete.
- **Issue Resolution**: Diagnose and resolve issues related to TestComplete scripts, test execution, and integration with other tools.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain documentation related to TestComplete usage, troubleshooting steps, and solutions provided.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports on the status of ongoing support tasks and client issues.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience with TestComplete, including creating and managing automated test scripts, and integrating TestComplete with other tools.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of scripting languages supported by TestComplete (e.g., JavaScript, Python, VBScript) and test automation best practices.
- **Problem-Solving**: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Experience with Job Support**: Prior experience providing job support or consulting services in a similar role is preferred.
- **Educational Background**: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Working Hours**:

- Part-time hours, [Specify number of hours per week or specific days if applicable].
- Flexible working hours within the agreed part-time schedule.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
