We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Penetration Testing Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis.

As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to individuals or groups interested in learning about penetration testing techniques, methodologies, and best practices. This role offers the opportunity to impart your expertise, enhance the skills of aspiring cybersecurity professionals, and contribute to the overall improvement of cybersecurity awareness.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments, aligned with the latest industry standards and best practices in penetration testing.
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions either in-person or through virtual platforms, ensuring participants grasp complex concepts related to penetration testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
- **Knowledge Transfer**: Provide clear explanations and demonstrations of penetration testing principles, methodologies, and tools, catering to participants with varying levels of cybersecurity expertise.
- **Feedback and Assessment**: Assess participant understanding and skill progression through quizzes, practical exercises, and project evaluations. Provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay abreast of the latest developments, trends, and advancements in penetration testing and cybersecurity, incorporating relevant updates into training programs.
- **Support and Mentoring**: Offer guidance and support to participants outside of formal training sessions, answering questions and providing additional resources to aid in their learning journey.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to enhance training programs, share knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the training initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- **Professional Experience**: Proven experience as a penetration tester with a strong background in conducting security assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing in diverse environments.
- **Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of penetration testing tools (e.g., Metasploit, Nmap, Burp Suite), methodologies (e.g., OWASP, PTES), and frameworks (e.g., Kali Linux).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- **Teaching Ability**: Previous experience in delivering training sessions or workshops on penetration testing topics is preferred.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, or similar are advantageous.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the needs of diverse participant backgrounds and learning styles.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
