Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase customer engagement.
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour, trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, design, and development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistent user experience across all digital channels.
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend innovative strategies to maximize online reach and engagement.
- Conduct regular audits of digital marketing campaigns and website performance to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Identify and leverage strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations to expand the company's online presence and reach new target audiences.
- Developing business relations with news editors, magazine writers, bloggers & influential community to enhance the brand reach wherever possible.
- Looking out for various events happening around the country which can be a possible place to reach out to the brands Target Audience.

Qualifications:

- Masters degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing will be a plus.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing platforms.
- Creative thinking and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools will be a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
