**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Developing Digital Marketing Campaigns**:

- Collaborate with other teams (e.g., Content, Design, Sales) to ensure campaign effectiveness and consistency.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Optimize website content to rank higher in search engine results.
- Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to improve website visibility.
- **Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising**:

- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure cost-effective lead generation.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content, interact with followers, and track performance.
- **Content Creation**:

- Work closely with the content team to develop engaging blogs, videos, infographics, and other digital assets.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting platforms to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, technologies, and best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with exposure to SEO, PPC, and social media management.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred).
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and develop actionable insights.
- **Creative Skills**: Ability to create engaging content and think outside the box.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across teams.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various digital marketing projects simultaneously.
