**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams to ensure marketing materials are effective and aligned with brand guidelines
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations
- Develop and implement strategies to build and engage our online community on platforms like Reddit, social media, and forums
- Respond to community inquiries, manage discussions, and foster positive interactions
- Monitor online discussions and trends relevant to the fintech industry to identify opportunities for engagement and growth
- Organize and manage virtual events, webinars, and community activities to enhance community involvement
- Act as a point of contact for community members, providing support and addressing their concerns
- Collect feedback from the community and relay insights to the product and marketing teams
- Develop and maintain a community content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging communication

**Skills**:

- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with community management or online engagement is a plus
