**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Cinematographer. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the conceptualization and shooting of various ad/film scenes across diverse outdoor and indoor locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead collaboration efforts with directors, producers, and other creative team members to define and achieve the visual goals of the project, ensuring alignment with overarching concepts and brand narratives.
- Master and innovate advanced cinematography techniques to create dynamic, visually stunning, and emotionally impactful footage that enhances storytelling.
- Direct the planning and execution of complex video shoots, overseeing camera setups, sophisticated lighting schemes, and high-quality audio integration.
- Make decisive technical and creative decisions regarding camera equipment, lenses, and accessories to best capture the envisioned scenes.
- Operate advanced camera systems with precision, ensuring the capture of stable and artistically framed shots that meet professional standards.
- Maintain cutting-edge knowledge of the latest developments in camera technology, cinematographic techniques, and industry trends to continually enhance production quality and efficiency.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Experience in camera operation, video production, and film production
- Strong skills in cinematography and lighting
- Proficiency in using professional video equipment and editing software
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to capture compelling visuals
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with creative professionals
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations
- Experience in storytelling and creating visually engaging content
