**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cinematography**: 1. Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.

2. Operate and maintain camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear to ensure professional production standards.

3. Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards, shot lists, and visual concepts.

4. Direct on-set talent and manage production logistics to achieve the desired creative vision.

**Creative Coordination**: 1. Coordinate and manage multiple creative projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and communications, to align video content with overall campaign objectives.

3. Assist in the development of creative briefs and project plans, outlining goals, timelines, and deliverable.

4. Monitor industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques to enhance video content and storytelling.

**Content Strategy**:1. Contribute to the development and execution of video content strategies to drive engagement and support fundraising efforts.

2. Analyze performance metrics and feedback to continuously improve video content and optimize viewer experience.

3. Stay updated on emerging video trends, tools, and technologies to keep Impact Guru’s content fresh and relevant.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a cinematographer, videographer, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Strong understanding of cinematography principles, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
