**Job Description: Pre -Primary Teacher for Gurukul Montessori School, Allahabad**

**Position**:Pre - Primary Teacher
**Location**:Gurukul Montessori School, Allahabad**
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling**:Provide information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, and admission process to prospective parents.**:

- **Pre-visit Follow-up**:Conduct follow-up with prospective parents and schedule pre-visit meetings at their homes or requested locations.**:

- **Tours & Presentations**: Arrange and conduct school tours for prospective students and parents.
- **Target Achievement**: Work towards achieving monthly and yearly admission targets.
- **Market Analysis**: Keep track of competitor schools and provide suggestions for improvement in admissions strategies.
- **Feedback & Reporting**: Collect feedback from parents and report daily activity to the management.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation in any discipline.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
