- **Position**: International Chat Support
- **Job Shift**: Rotational /Night only
- **Experience**: Any International experience with **excellent English communication** skills required.
- **Education**: 12th, UG, PG (Frehers also can apply)
- **Job Location**: Indore Vijay Nagar Madhya Pradesh 452010
- **Salary Range**: ₹18,000- ₹ 35,000 p.m

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Calling Specialists are responsible for communicating with Clients on special projects.
- They must possess a very high degree of Customer Service skills and must have an urgency to ensure the Client's objectives are met. They should be very effective communicators.
- Make and receive calls related to special clients and projects.
- Have a good understanding of the process objectives and be able to communicate effectively with the clients to achieve them.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
