With growing holiday and corporate bookings, we need an experienced **Visa & Documentation Executive** to manage the entire visa process smoothly. If you have at least **1 year of hands-on visa experience** and know the ins and outs of consulate rules, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with SUPPLIERS, embassies, consulates, and VFS centers for submissions and updates.
- Maintain updated knowledge of **visa regulations, timelines, and country-specific rules**.
- Handle **complex cases** (rejections, urgent visas, corrections) with accuracy and speed.
- Work closely with the holiday and ticketing team to ensure visa readiness before travel.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum **1 year of visa processing experience** (travel agency or visa consultancy preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Schengen, USA, UK, Middle East, and Asian country visas.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Familiarity with VFS, consulate portals, and online visa systems.
