- Conduct thorough testing of Confirmit survey links to ensure functionality, accuracy, and user-friendliness.
- Identify, document, and report bugs and issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with survey programmers and project managers to resolve identified issues.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and best practices.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements.
