**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Develop comprehensive, high-quality technical solutions and architecture designs based on business requirements using Salesforce technologies. This includes designing scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions that leverage Salesforce platform capabilities.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed.
Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, customization, and configuration. This includes but is not limited to Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and integration with external systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and business users, to understand requirements, provide technical recommendations, and communicate solution designs effectively.
Lead a team of developers, providing direction, support, and motivation. Define project tasks, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment guides. Ensure documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance policies. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
Stay abreast of emerging Salesforce technologies, tools, and methodologies. Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge through self-learning, training, and certifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA/testing, deployment, and support teams, to ensure seamless delivery and maintenance of Salesforce solutions.
Evaluate third-party tools and integrations, assess their compatibility with Salesforce, and manage vendor relationships as necessary.
**Qualifications / Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering.
1. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA): This is the highest level of certification offered by Salesforce and demonstrates proficiency in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.(optional)

4. Other relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer, etc.(desirable)

A minimum of 8 to 15 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture is typically required for this role. This experience should encompass designing and implementing Salesforce solutions across various industries and business domains.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills are essential for effectively leading and mentoring a team of developers. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving successful project deliveries is highly valued.

Pay: ₹699,709.91 - ₹2,110,847.40 per year
