- **WORKING HOURS : 10:30 T0 7:30 PM**
- **Responsibilities**:
**The Executive Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to executives by managing schedules, communications, and organizational tas**

**- Manage confidential files and other privileged information, ensuring integrity of recruiting compliance requirements**

**- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director**

**- Perform all duties of an Executive Administrative Coordinator**

**- Receive mail and administer organizational correspondence control**

**- Work effectively and cooperatively with others**

**- Interact with internal and external sources**
- **Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties**:

- **Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities**:

- **Exceptional interpersonal skills**:
