**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in selecting jewelry items based on their preferences.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Achieve sales targets by actively engaging with customers and upselling products.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum education: 10th grade or higher.
- Age: Up to 40 years.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of jewelry is an advantage.
