Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Salesman/ Saleswomen to join our retail team. The role involves assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring an excellent in-store shopping experience while meeting monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Maintain proper product display and ensure the store is neat and organized.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or fast-moving items to the supervisor.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Support team members during peak hours and store events.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and offers.

Requirements:

• Qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Graduate.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or showroom sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
• Good presentation and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer and billing knowledge preferred.
