**Product Manager**

Zynga India is looking for an experienced Product Manager with demonstrated success in mobile and/or consumer products to join the team and help connect the world through PLAY.

As a hardworking and ambitious product leader, you will innovate and execute on product initiatives that will bring surprise and delight to our players while delivering business value to the company.

You will use a combination of excellent analytical abilities, business discernment, and critical thinking to innovate and build extraordinary experiences that will impact our players’ lives. The Product Manager will have a consistent record of owning and delivering experiences to customers that raise-the-bar from an innovation, usability, and design perspective. You will need to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Contribute to the game’s vision and feature roadmap to provide outstanding gameplay experience to our players and achieve business goals.
- Work closely with a multi-disciplined team (Design, Art, Programming & Analytics) to design, scope and implement core features that positively impact the game metrics.
- Drive competitive research and analysis to ensure that product decisions are based on insights derived from data and a good understanding of the market.
- Monitor product progression through completion of milestones and provide timely feedback to development teams.
- Partner with other parts of the organisation including Central Analytics and Product Marketing for insights and launch strategies.
- Run prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, technical constraints and business drivers.
- Be a player champion by developing a deep understanding of our players: their problems, their needs, their desires.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- 2+ years of experience in product management in consumer/mobile or game development is preferred but not required.
- Ability to create wireframes, product specifications and white papers.
- Exceptional data analysis skills, coupled with Excel and SQL proficiency.
- Strong project management skills and ability to present work to executive staff.
- Strong passion for games, creating fun, compelling and addictive user experiences.
- Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on industry trends.
- Experience with multivariate testing and experimentation.
- Previous start-up, social networking and/or consulting experience is a strong plus.
