Graphic Design Faculty

**Position**: Graphic Design Faculty
**Location**: Moradabad
**Employment Type**: Full-time, In-office

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Teaching & Mentorship**:

- Conduct interactive and engaging classes on graphic design principles and tools.
- Guide students in practical design projects, assignments, and portfolio development.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance student creativity and skills.

**Curriculum Development**:

- Design and update course materials, lesson plans, and modules to align with industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and software in graphic design and integrate them into the curriculum.

**Technical Training**:

- Teach design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
- Introduce advanced techniques like typography, branding, UI/UX, and digital illustration.

**Student Support**:

- Mentor students on career opportunities and professional development.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide progress reports.

**Collaboration & Administration**:

- Work closely with other faculty members and the management team to plan and execute activities.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and industry events to bring real-world knowledge to the classroom.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 6 months of professional experience in graphic design.
- Prior teaching experience is a plus.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDraw.
- Knowledge of Canva, or Figma is an advantage.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design tools is a bonus.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong creative and analytical thinking abilities.
- Patience and the ability to inspire students.
