**Job Title: Full-time Graphic Designer & E-commerce Manager**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Manage the company's listings on all e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and updated product information and optimizing listings for maximum visibility and sales growth. Content will be provided by us.

2. Monitor social media accounts, create engaging and innovative posts and stories using Canva and other tools to increase engagement and brand awareness.

3. Use graphic design skills to produce high-quality visuals and engaging creatives for the company's e-commerce listings, including Amazon, the company's website, and other platforms. Ensure that all designs are on-brand, visually appealing, and consistent with the company's overall style guide.

4. Monitor dispatches and timely delivery of orders, working closely with the dispatch team.

5. Oversee B2C management and monitoring, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

6. Inventory planning to maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize overstocking or stockouts.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. At least 1 years of experience in E-commerce management, social media management, or related field.

3. Expertise in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

4. Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools such as Amazon, Shopify, etc.

5. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers through social media.

6. Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
