Qualification:

- DMLT/B.SC MLT

Skills:

- a) Good Phlebotomy Skills,

b) Taking patient sample for test (Blood sample, urine sample etc.)

c) To seek accurate information from the client/patient such as patient demographics, test required/prescribed, relevant history, clinical information and consent if required, and to ascertain the test specific requirements are fulfilled.

d) To utilize standard procedures to determine positive patient identification and record appropriate collection information during sample collection.

e) To adhere to strict procedures and practice safety precautions to prevent the transmission of infectious diseases.

f) To establish positive identification of the patient, confirms the test requested and follow best phlebotomy practices to collect requisite sample in appropriate collection device/vacutainer.

g) To ensure that sample are collected and transported as per the define protocols to maintain sample integrity.

h) To ensure SOP compliance, proper documentation and record management.

Experience:

- Minimum 1-3 Years as a phlebotomist

Job timings:

- 7am -1pm

Job Location:

- Bathinda
