We are seeking a passionate and skilled **Occupational Therapist** to work with children with special needs, focusing on enhancing their developmental, physical, sensory, and motor skills. The therapist will play a key role in helping children achieve greater independence and improve their overall quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct assessments to identify developmental delays and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs.
- Use evidence-based techniques to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care activities.
- Collaborate with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to create a holistic support system.
- Monitor progress and adapt interventions as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and child outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid registration with the relevant therapy council or association.
- Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, or other developmental challenges is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient, with a child-centered approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
