- Diploma / Any Graduate

Experience:

- Total Experience : 5 Years in real estate industry
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Proven experience in residential real estate sales or a similar role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out and engage potential residential buyers through various channels.
- Provide information about properties, including features, pricing, and availability.
- Conduct property viewings and tours for prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Guide clients through the purchasing process, including negotiations and contract signings.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote residential properties effectively.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

Other Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Languages : English Hindi And Marathi

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
