**Job Title**: Delivery Executive - Documentation

**Location**: Pimple Gurav, Pune, Maharashtra

**Experience**: Fresher

**Qualification**: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate)

**Key Responsibilities**: 1. Documentation Preparation: - Prepare and verify all necessary delivery documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and packing lists. - Ensure all documents are accurately filled out and comply with company standards and regulations. - Maintain an organized system for storing and retrieving delivery documentation.

2. Coordination and Communication: - Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. - Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or queries. - Update and inform relevant departments about the status of deliveries and any potential delays.

3. Record Keeping: - Maintain records of all deliveries, including dates, times, and recipient details. - Ensure all records are up-to-date and easily accessible for reference and auditing purposes. - Generate and distribute regular reports on delivery activities and performance.

4. Compliance and Quality Control: - Ensure all documentation complies with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. - Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance. - Report any discrepancies or issues in documentation to the supervisor promptly.

5. Support and Assistance: - Provide support to the delivery and logistics teams as needed. - Assist in resolving any issues related to delivery documentation. - Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

**Skills and Qualifications**: - HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent qualification. - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). - Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
