**Key Responsibilities:1. Lesson Planning and Curriculum Implementation**:
- Develop and deliver **age-appropriate lesson plans** aligned with school curriculum and national education guidelines (CBSE/ICSE/State Board/IB).
- Use **activity-based, experiential learning techniques** to promote understanding.
- Ensure lessons are engaging, inclusive, and designed to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Utilize **audio-visual aids, storytelling, interactive activities, and digital tools** for effective teaching.
**2. Classroom Teaching & Learning Facilitation**:
- Maintain an **interactive and engaging classroom** environment to encourage participation.
- Encourage **critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity** among students.
- Use **differentiated instruction strategies** to support students with varied learning abilities.
- Conduct regular **revision sessions, interactive discussions, and hands-on activities.**
**3. Student Assessment & Evaluation**:
- Design and administer **formative and summative assessments** to evaluate student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavioral observations.
- Provide **constructive feedback** and guidance to students to help them improve.
- Use technology-driven assessment tools and learning management systems (LMS).
**4. Classroom Management & Student Well-being**:
- Establish and maintain **discipline, order, and respect** in the classroom.
- Foster a **positive and inclusive** learning environment.
- Identify and support **students with learning difficulties** or behavioral challenges.
- Promote **social and emotional development** through value-based education.
**5. Communication with Parents & Stakeholders**:
- Regularly update parents on students’ **academic progress and overall development**.
- Conduct **PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings)** and address parental concerns.
- Work in collaboration with school counselors and special educators when required.
**6. Co-curricular & Extracurricular Engagement**:
- Actively participate in and organize **co-curricular activities** such as sports, arts, drama, storytelling, and cultural programs.
- Encourage students to take part in **competitions, exhibitions, and inter-school activities.**:
- Guide students in special projects, group activities, and school events.
**7. Professional Development & Institutional Growth**:
- Stay updated with the **latest teaching methodologies, curriculum changes, and educational trends.**:
- Participate in **teacher training programs, workshops, and professional development courses.**:
- Contribute to school improvement initiatives and policy development.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
