**Job Title**: PRT Coordinator

**Location**: Kalyani Nagar, Pune
**Qualification**: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education)
**Salary Range**: ₹45,000 - ₹55,000 per month
**Experience Required**: 4 to 5 years
**Gender Preference**: Female

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee the academic and co-curricular activities for primary classes (Grades I to V).
- Support and guide PRTs in lesson planning, classroom management, and curriculum implementation.
- Monitor classroom teaching to ensure adherence to school standards and teaching best practices.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and performance evaluations for PRTs.
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and school leadership to ensure student development.
- Prepare academic reports, track student progress, and assist with assessments and exam planning.
- Manage school events and contribute to the overall growth of the primary department.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) - Mandatory
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in teaching or academic coordination in a reputed school
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Dynamic, proactive, and child-centric approach
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of digital teaching tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
