**Curriculum Implementation**: Implement the prescribed English language curriculum for primary school students, ensuring alignment with educational standards and learning objectives.
- **Instructional Delivery**: Deliver engaging and age-appropriate instruction in English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening, using a variety of teaching methods, activities, and resources suitable for young learners.
- **Language Development**: Foster students' language development by introducing vocabulary, grammar, phonics, and language structures through interactive lessons, storytelling, songs, rhymes, and games.
- **Reading Instruction**: Develop students' reading comprehension skills by providing opportunities for guided reading, shared reading, and independent reading, and by selecting age-appropriate texts and literary materials.
- **Writing Skills**: Cultivate students' writing skills by teaching them to express themselves effectively through various writing forms, such as narratives, descriptive paragraphs, letters, and creative writing exercises.
- **Speaking and Listening**: Facilitate students' oral communication skills by encouraging discussions, role-plays, presentations, and storytelling activities, and by providing feedback to improve pronunciation, fluency, and communication clarity.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Develop and administer assessments, such as quizzes, reading assessments, writing assignments, and oral presentations, to evaluate students' language proficiency, comprehension, and writing skills.
- **Individualized Support**: Provide individualized support, remediation, and enrichment activities to students who require additional assistance in mastering English language skills or addressing learning challenges.
- **Parent Communication**: Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians, providing regular updates on students' progress, performance, and participation in English language activities, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning, by managing classroom behavior, promoting student engagement, and fostering a sense of belonging and respect among students.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues, school administrators, and support staff to coordinate instructional activities, share resources, and contribute to the overall development of the school's English language program.
- **Records Management**: Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, grades, assessments, and other relevant information using school management systems and databases.
