Job Title: Store Executive

Job Summary:
Store Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient functioning and excellent customer service. You will oversee inventory management, supervise staff, and maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments to optimize sales and enhance the customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
Oversee inventory control procedures, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges.
Supervise store staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and purchasing, to optimize product assortment and promotions.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Implement loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and theft.
Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or a manufacturing industry.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.

Should be Graduate with atleast 2 to 4 years of Experience.
