**Job Title: Store Incharge**

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily store operations, ensuring the efficient handling and storage of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records, including DMTR (Daily Material Transaction Report), ledger entries, tools and plant registers, and stock inventory.
- Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining stock levels to support uninterrupted project operations.
- Coordinate with project teams to forecast material requirements and ensure timely availability of resources.
- Conduct regular audits and stock checks to ensure data accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Supervise store staff and implement best practices in inventory management.
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards for store operations.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 8 years of total work experience with at least 5 years specifically in handling stores in a construction or project site environment.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of store management processes, including DMTR, ledger management, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with tools, plants, and construction material handling.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for coordination with various project stakeholders.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Experience in a railway project setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,026.76 - ₹28,795.27 per month
