**Job Description**:

- Being a business Associate at InsurancDekho is about much more than simply crunching numbers - it’s about finding compelling insights within data and using your exceptional business and communication skills to translate those insights into action. As one of the masterminds behind our strategic planning, forecasting and analysis, you’ll spend your time digging into big, complex data sets. The data will not remain inert in your hands however, since you’ll use your critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills to influence and drive thoughtful and well-informed decision making.
- As a business associate, you will partner with internal teams to define and implement solutions that improve the internal business processes teams as well as tracking and reporting processes. This is an opportunity to lead and to enable projects aimed at making insurance buying, easy and accessible across India.Experience Range:
0 - 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsibilities:
- Create dashboards and automated reports to track KPIs
- Generate data-based insights that help to launch impactful projects
- Interpret data, analyze results using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the customer journey and current trends to improve marketing initiatives
- Prepare, analyze, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, dashboards, and flowcharts
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, design, sales and operations teams) on a regular basis to drive product/process changes and improve business intelligence

Skills Required:
Analytics, Tableau Software, Program Management,
- Experience with platforms like Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Looker, etc.
- Possess basic business sense and an understanding of common statistics/analytics techniques
- Proficient in Excel and SQL queries
- Advanced analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy
- The ability to write reports and dashboarding
- Drive meaningful business insights, and measure performance from data
