**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive

**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads
- Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on sales leads
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure smooth client experiences
- Stay informed on industry trends and product updates

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience in an inside sales role
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with good time management skills
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
