**Job Title**: Sales Executive - CASA
**Location**: Ahmedabad
**Salary**: ₹15,500 in hand per month + incentives (up to ₹40,000/month based on performance)

As part of the Liability Sales department, you’ll contribute to increasing the retail book of the bank by acquiring new customers and cross-selling products.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales of bank products to new customers.
- Conduct market/customer mapping and offsite marketing activities.
- Engage in field sales with extensive local travel.
- Sell banking and third-party products tailored to customer needs.
- Address customer queries effectively and build long-term relationships.
- Achieve sales targets within the first six months for confirmation.
- Participate in bank-led initiatives and learning programs.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM software.
- Follow compliance guidelines for all activities.
- Proactively contact existing customers for deposits and product cross-selling.
- Stay updated with certifications like AMFI, EUIN, etc.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Focus on customer-centric sales strategies to meet individual needs.
- Develop and expand the retail forex and liability acquisition portfolio.
- Innovate during daily interactions to exceed sales targets.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Graduate (mandatory).
- Bike and valid Driving Licence (DL) required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for field sales and a target-driven approach.
- Eagerness to learn and excel in a competitive environment.
